The mayor has arrived

If you haven’t already, it’s time to get familiar with NYC’s mad-rapping Wiki. After years of leading the new regional guard, the raspy RATKING frontman and XL Recordings artist has announced his debut album, No Mountains in Manhattan, set for release this Friday, August 25th.

The album features cameos from Ghostface Killah, Your Old Droog, Earl Sweatshirt (as randomblackdude) and labelmate, Kaytranada. He’s announced the project with the release of lo-fi video for the new single “Mayor,” finding the NYC rep shaking hands and heads with his local constituents, a follow-up to “Pretty Bull”
