Despite What the Rumors Say, Max B Won't Be Released From Prison in 2018

Over the weekend, a rumor circulatedthat Harlem legend Max B, who is currently incarcerated, would be released from prison within the coming weeks.
This rumor came when Max' friendChyna posted recent pictures of the freshly swole-looking rapper:

This follows comments that friend and collaborator French Montanamade earlier in the year; French said Max is supposed to come home in 2018.
On Monday, September 17th,Masar, Max' friend responded to the rumors. He wrote a lengthy post on his Instagram updating fans on the status of Max' release:

In 2009 Max B was found guilty on conspiracy charges related to armed robbery, kidnapping, assault, and felony murder. He was sentenced to 75 years in prison. In 2016, that sentence was reduced to 20 years after he reached a plea deal.
He is now scheduled to be releasedin 2025.
