Watch Kanye West's "Hurricane" Video

Kanye West shares trippy visuals for his Grammy-nominated track "Hurricane" featuring Lil Baby and The Weeknd from his 2021 album DONDA.

Stem players might be getting all the attention right now, but Kanye West isn't finished promoting his 2021 album DONDA. On Tuesday, Ye surprised fans with a visual of his track "Hurricane" featuring Lil Baby and The Weeknd. While Ye doesn't appear in the animated music video, an army of digital figures take his place, resembling the Gap-oriented visual for "Heaven and Hell".

"Hurricane" is up for for Best Melodic Rap Performance at the 2022 Grammy Awards, while DONDA is nominated for Best Rap Album and Album of the Year. "Hurricane" also makes his fourth visual from the 2021 album, following  “Come to Life,” “24,” and “Heaven and Hell.”

The music video also coincides with his second Instagram poem in the past week, following the announcement of his soon-to-be ex-wife Kim Kardashian legally declaring herself single. Titled "DEAD", Ye revealed some of his most cryptic thoughts in the poem.

"I feel already compromised that I have to justify my expression after over 20 years of art that I’ve contributed to the planet but I also see the need to make sure we as a species are allowed to still feel anything,” he wrote in the poem's caption. “Men not allowed to cry celebrities not allowed to cry I will not explain this new piece for the explanation destroys the mystery and magic of true love and puts it in a box that can be counted.”

In February, Ye premiered his new album DONDA 2 in Miami during a live listening experience. With the album officially being released to stem players, Billboard considers the album as violating their merchandise bundle policy, therefore making it ineligible for the Billboard charts. Fans who want to hear DONDA 2 can purchase the stem player on its official website, with the handheld device allowing users to customize how they listen to music.
