Mereba drops the first video from her forthcoming AZEB EP.

Last week, Mereba announced AZEB, the Atlanta-bred singer's latest EP. The project, her first since her 2019 full-length debut The Jungle is the Only Way Out, is currently set to arrive on May 26th. On Tuesday, two weeks after the song's release, she's dropped an all-new video for "Rider," the first single from the project. Check out the video below.

Upon the Sean Frank-directed video's release, Mereba thanked co-stars Torin Ashtun and HeyDeon for "bringing tru love's essence to this video."

Frank has previously worked on Further Away, a short film for AT&T executive produced by Lena Waithe. The two also worked on the TV series Boomerang. Additionally, in 2017 he directed Mas Fuerte, as well as Every Kind of Way, a visual EP for H.E.R. Frank also directed an episode of Love Advent, a mini-series by LOVE Magazine focusing on A-list models. Frank's episode focused on singer-songwriter Rita Ora.

"To keep seeking and telling meaningful stories is my responsibility as a filmmaker," Frank said in March upon signing a deal with the production company Loveboat. "Showing unique perspectives that make people feel, to question the status quo, and to illuminate the broader social concerns of our time motivates me."

Since her debut, Mereba has appeared on tracks with Vince Staples and 6LACK on the Queen & Slim soundtrack.In 2020, she appeared on fellow Dreamville signees Spillage Village's Spilligion compilation album.
