Twitter Slanders Big Sean & Metro Boomin’s ‘Double Or Nothing’ Album
The author behind “wobble-dy, wobble-dy,” Big Sean, has been given the major thumbs down by Twitter for his lackluster Double Or Nothing album.
The surprise album by Big Sean and producer Metro Boomin had everyone hyped this morning. But only a few moments later, it turned into raucous laughter as it seemed like the two were an unnatural fit. Chemistry seemed off, Metro’s production sometimes outshined Sean Don’s lyrics and it just seemed like no one wanted to change for the other.
At most, the fault lies squarely with the Detroit MC. Big Sean normally prides himself on being one of the top 5 new rappers in the game. His last project, I Decided added considerable weight to that discussion, but with Double Or Nothing, Big Sean ends up losing that gamble in a major way. The Twitter rap committee has voted this project a major L and weren’t shy about slandering it.
With people deleting the album from their Apple Music playlists, commenting on the lack of Sean’s charisma and joked on his Kash Doll (or Blac Chyna feature appearance. This could’ve been so much better, hell, it sounded so much better on paper, and to hear these womp-womp double entendres over Metro Boomin’s flamethrower-type beats is sad. If you’re hoping that Sean loses a bit of Young Metro’s trust, you may get your wish.
In the meantime, though, we’re highlighting the jokes and slander from Twitter about Big Sean & Metro Boomin’s Double Or Nothing album.
