T.I Says He Feels Compelled to Slap Kanye "For The People"

T.I. is fed up, too.

After Kanye West met with Donald Trump at the White House yesterday, T.I took to Instagram to call out his former friend and recent collaborator.

On Thursday night, he posted a video news clip of Kanye saying, "I love this guy," while embracing Trump, and captioned the post, "This is the most repulsive,disgraceful, Embarrassing act of desperation & auctioning off of one’s soul to gain power I’ve ever seen."

He also revealed Ye invited him to accompany him during the White House visit, but he declined.

He wrote, “You ass kissing and bootlicking on a whole new level. I refuse to associate myself with something so vile, weak, and inconsiderate to the effect this has on the greater good of all our people,” T.I. wrote, adding that he wants to “slap the f**k” out of Kanye

Before this, T.I sat down for an interview with ABC News’ Dan Harris, and gave a less incendiary take on Ye.

During the interview, the Atlanta legend spoke on his friend and collaborator, Kanye West, saying that he felt a duty to reach out to him when he started wearing the “Make America Great Again" hat, endorsing Trump, and spewing irresponsible statements.

"I think his isolation and disconnect with people, plus his fascination with power and fame has him a little,” he said. “I think he's a little jaded, if you will. But I do also believe, when he said slavery was a choice, I don't think he meant it the way people took it," he said.

In the song, “Ye vs. the People,” T.I debates Kanye over his support of Trump.

On the notion that Kanye is supporting Trump as a means of garnering attention for his music and fashion projects, T.I disagrees.

"To be honest with you, Kanye's so arrogant to where he don't think he need it. He don't believe that he needs anything provocative. He thinks that, man... when Kanye drops music, the world stops."
