In October 2015, 6ix9ine pled guilty to the use of a child in a sexual performance and entered into a plea agreement that stated he cannot commit another crime for two years. Now, the Manhattan District Attorney's Officer wants to sentence him to state prison in light of recent crimes he has committed including being arrested for misdemeanor assault, driving with a suspended license, and allegedly assaulting a police officer.

In a report from Pitchfork, prosecutors want 6ix9ine sentenced to 1-3 years in state prison as well as require that he register as a sex offender. Sentencing in the case has been adjourned until October 2.

Prior to this, 6ix9ine was allegedly kidnapped, assaulted, then robbed in Brooklyn.

After finishing up shooting a music video early Sunday morning (July 22) he headed home at around 4 o'clock in the morning when a car pulled up and blocked his driveway. Three people in hoods holding guns then grabbed the 22-year-old, pistol whipped him and dragged him into their car.

Allegedly, the kidnappers threatened to kill him if he didn’t give up jewelry and cash. Two of the gunmen headed into the house, where 6ix9ine's daughter and baby mother were. According to TMZ, around $750k in jewelry and thousands of dollars was stolen.
