Stream The Soul Rebels Debut Album "Poetry in Motion"

After five free and independently-released projects, The Soul Rebels have released their official studio debut album: Poetry in Motion.

The album features appearances from PJ Morton, Robert Glasper, Big Freedia, Mia X, and more.

In a press release, the New Orleans collective described their creative process on this album, saying: There’s a lot of personal themes explored because we’re telling the story about our lives. Each track has its own flavor and spice from each member, and you can feel it.”

It's been a pretty exciting day for the eight-member band. Along with the album release, Dave East dropped his new single with Nas called "Godfather 4." That song features an extended intro from the collective.
