Soul II Soul Announce ‘Club Classics Vol. One’ Anniversary Tour for 2020

The nu-soul pioneers map out a month-long homecoming tour for Club Classics Vol. 1.

Soul II Soul is celebrating the 30th-anniversary of their debut album Club Classics Vol. One with a UK tour in 2020.

PLAYLIST: The Round-Up: Best Songs of The Week – ft. Danny Brown, Anna Wise, Channel Tres and More

According to Mixmag, the 15 date tour will run through October and November of next year with stops in Birmingham, Liverpool, Bristol, and Brighton, capping the month-long marathon with a headlining set at The Royal Albert Hall in London. No stateside dates have been announced just yet.

PLAYLIST: 52 Soul Essentials to Hear Before You Die

Anchored by the hit single “Back To Life (However Do You Want Me)” — which is perhaps one of the only songs in existence to not have a single bad remix —  Club Classics Vol. One reached the top of the US R&B Chart in 1989 and went 3x platinum in the UK.
