The visual features scenes reminiscent of the cult classic movie Friday.

Midwest rapper Smino has unveiled his newest music video "Trina." The song which pays homage to the iconic Miami rapper was produced by Kenny Beats and Lido. "Trina" is his latest release following "Häagen Dazs," a single released with Noname and Saba under the group name Ghetto Sage.

Directed by Child, the bold and colorful video features a theme reminiscent of the cult classic Friday throughout the majority of the clip. Smino even showcases his charismatic chops during the visual. The industry's first ever Underwater Playa's Ball is also a segment in the video.

Smino's most recent studio album NØIR dropped last November. The R&B-filled project was equipped with features by Dreezy, Ravyn Lenae, Bari and Jay2.
