The festival was originally set for May 30, but the COVID-19 pandemic forced organizers to re-schedule. Organizers urged fans to hold onto their tickets, saying all original ticket purchases will be honored upon entry.

Also headlining will be The Roots, who will present a soul set, with appearances from Musiq Soulchild, SWV, and Brandy. Black Thought and J. Period will perform their live mixtape, with a bit of help from Griselda Records, Raekwon, and Ghostface Killah. And Meshell Ndegeocello will perform a reimagination of the work of Prince.

The festival will also feature live podcast recordings. Kid Fury and Crissle's The Read, Elliot Wilson's CRWN, and The Joe Budden Podcast will be recording. Additionally, Dussepalooza will provide refreshments.
