Rolling Loud New York is just around the corner. And the lineup has just gotten an extra bump. It has just been announced that Playboi Carti was added to the festival lineup. This comes weeks after the rapper performed at the Miami festival. (Fans who attended the show, believe that he should have been a headliner.)
The New York edition, entering its third year, will return to Citi Field. The show will be headlined Nicki Minaj, A$AP Rocky, and Future. Joining the mega-star lineup are some of the best and rising stars in the hip-hop genre, including Pusha T, Lil Baby, 21 Savage, Chief Keef, BIA, Dreamdoll, and Moneybagg Yo.
Over the last few years, Rolling Loud has branded itself as one of the premier music festivals highlighting Hip-Hop and alternative styles of music. Their festivals comprising of a community built around their consumers and leading artists of the genre. With their third year in New York, this year’s festivals are gearing up to be one of its best; amplifying the voice of rising artists such as Monaleo, Pap Chanel, Nardo Wick, and Dougie B while offering space to the legends Busta Rhymes, Fat Joe, Soulja Boy, Big Sean, and Curren$y to name a few. Their lineup for this year has been topped off with a hint at special guests and feature sounds by DJs Scheme, Five Venoms, and DJ Spade.
