Rihanna finally responded to fans' requests demands for new music.

Following the release of her 2016 album, Anti, the 30-year-old pop star shifted efforts to cosmetics and fashion with her Fenty Beauty makeup and Savage Fenty lingerie lines. And fans have grown noticeably impatient, awaiting new music.

When the music is ready, you won't have to ask for it. But it's coming.

After a fan asked "where is the m.u.s.i.c. ???" under one of Rihanna's recent posts promoting her line, the artist responded, “I know, I know sis. I’m doing music,” she replied. “Simultaneously doing lingerie, makeup, film, amongst a couple other things that I enjoy. When the music is ready, you won’t have to ask for it. But it’s coming. Just not today sis. I’m hype too tho, it can’t come soon enough for me. #Navy4Life.”
