Last night (Wednesday), Drake released a statement on the image of him in blackface that was used as the cover art for Pusha T's diss track "The Story of Adidon." In the statement, the Canadian rapper revealed that the picture was a part of a series done in collaboration with his friend Mazin Elsadig that "represented how African Americans were once wrongfully portrayed in entertainment," and "to make a point that the struggle for black actors had not changed much."

However, Pusha isn't buying Drake's response.

I don't believe it at all," Pusha said during an interview on Real 92.3. "You are silent on all black issues, Drake, with a huge platform."

Push recently spoke on "The Story of Adidon," the song he released as a response to Drake's "Duppy Freestyle." The Daytona rapper revealed that Drake crossed the line when he referenced Push's fiancée, Virginia Williams.

"All bets are off because of that," he said during an interview with The Breakfast Club. "That alone causes all bets to be off. Everything else is fair game."
