You might have the same favs as Barack Obama.

As part of his annual tradition, President Obama listed his 2017 reading list and playlist on New Year’s Eve.

Obama attests to creating the custom during his presidency as “a nice way to reflect on the works that resonated with me and lift up authors and artists from around the world,” he wrote In a Facebook post Sunday. “With some extra time on my hands this year to catch up, I wanted to share the books and music that I enjoyed most."

The list includes some familiar favorites of Obama— like Jay-Z, Chance The Rapper, Kendrick Lamar,Frank Ocean— as well as some newcomers, like Camila Cabello and Daniel Caesar. The president’s palette is diverse, listing a collection of rap (French Montana and Swae Lee’s “Unforgettable”), indie rock (The National's "The System Only Dreams in Total Darkness," Portugal. The Man's "Feel It Still"), R&B (SZA’s “Broken Clocks”), pop (Harry Styles’ “Sign of the Times”), and soul (Sharon Jones & The Dap-Kings' "Matter of Time," and Mavis Staples' "Little Bit").
