She continued, “I’m not a child, but you got your sister calling my friends all kinds of disrespectful names. I was minding my business … Let’s make our music, and just be happy.”
Nicki also claims she had a private conversation with Cardi before the altercation, but will not disclose what was said.
She added, “You wanted me on your second single …now you’re all lovey-dovey with those girls. Why didn’t you ask Remy and Kim to be on your single, baby girl?”

Later on in the show, she expressed her opinion on the current state of rap as it pertains to women, saying, “Every female rapper that has a semi-pretty looking face, they’re telling them they’re a rapper now. I remember when I was coming up, every female rapper was hard. You cannot tell me when we were coming up — Kim, Foxy, Eve, Trina, Lauryn, Left Eye — everybody could actually still rap, though… Now, it’s a joke. We took rap and made it into a joke. If you cute, got a couple Instagram followers, you’re a rapper now, what? It’s not even a passion.”
Minaj went on to say that our of the new crop of female rappers, she’d like to work with UK rapper Ms. Banks.
Before bringing out surprise guests, the MC opened the show saying she had just spoken to 6ix9ine, the controversial 22-year-old rapper whom she’s been criticized for working with before and who just evaded jail time in connection to a 2015 arrest.

Kelly right after allegations came out… and nobody was bashing on dudes that was working with R. Kelly… I felt like it was a lot of people exercising certain rules only with certain people. Like, flexible principles and bendable morals.”
Minaj went on to bring NeNe Leakes, Kandi Burruss, and premiered her new song “Dip” with Tyga.
