Madlib and Declaime return with In The Beginning Vol. 3. It’s a prolific compilation that is undeniably valuable in this day and age. Beyond this notion, it’s a breath of fresh air.

This surprise tape from 03 Greedo is packed with rambunctious energy. Entirely produced by Mike Free, each track is an acquired taste, but it gets the job done.

Over mellow beats, Skyzoo unleashes a heartfelt album. Franklin from Snowfall serves as a point of inspiration for the entire project – prepare yourself to hear Franklin’s vantage point on hustling, morals and keeping his head on a swivel.

Standout Tracks: “Views From The Valley,” “Panthers & Powder”

It’s a little tough to recreate the cult classic House Party, but Lebron James and Maverick Carter took a stab at it. The new film is out today, so the soundtrack is too. On the stacked soundtrack, you’ll find classics by Montell Jordan “This Is How We Do It” and modern artists like Smino, Buddy, and more.

Standout Tracks: “Hey Mr D.J.,” “KLINK”
