Mach-Hommy has dropped new album Notorious Dump Legends: Volume 2 with The God Fahim, a sequel to 2018's Notorious Dump Legends.

Five months after releasing Duck Czn: Tiger Style, Mach-Hommy and The God Fahim are back with Notorious Dump Legends: Volume 2. The new joint album follows 2018's Notorious Dump Legends and will be accompanied by physical editions of Mach’s Triz saga.

On Thursday (March 2), the duo dropped lead single "Olajuwon," named after former NBA player Hakeem Olajuwon with a dialogue sample from television show StartUp played at the end.

The Griselda Records act is also on the new cover of The Fader, where he discusses his lyricism, origins, writer's block and Jean-Michel Basquit. Towards the end of the profile, journalist Paul Thompson infers that Hov might have looked to Mach as an influence on 2020's A Written Testimony, his collaborative project with Jay-Electronica.

"If by that you mean to say, you hear a lot of elite lyricism in Jay’s verses on that album, then I’d have to agree that I did hear a lot of elite lyricism, as well," the rapper responded. "Elevated wordplay. I remember calling my little brother right after we exited that Written Testimony session, mainly because it had left such a profound impression on me. You know what I’m saying? I told my lil’ bro that I had never heard Jay rapping on that level before. I let him know that he was in for a real treat."
