LL Cool J went to Twitter on Wednesday to announce that he's canceling his 14th album, before taking back the decision altogether.

LL Cool Jstill can't resist unhinged behavior. On Wednesday (February 22), the Queens-raised hip-hop veteran went to Twitter and shared that he's halting the release of his 14th album before taking back the decision altogether.

In a series of now-deleted tweets, the two-time Grammy-winner said that he's “trying to figure this album out” and following up with a tweet that read, “just not feeling like this album is worthy of being released [facepalm emoji] I tried.”

He later added, “not dropping it.”

Hours later, the rapper, real name James Todd Smith, posted an Instagram video where he tagged, who's the executive producer for his upcoming album. Smith, 56, also trolled fans with an 'explanation' for the album's delay.

“Okay so everyone’s been asking me about the new record and my decision and I was considering not putting the album out because IT’S TOO FUCKIN' GOOD,” LL said in the clip. “Q-Tip you a genius baby this my favorite album I ever made. I can’t wait for y’all to hear this. Tracklist coming soon.”

Smith's last album, Authentic, dropped in 2013 and debuted at No. 23 on the Billboard 200 chart. With guest appearances from Snoop Dogg, Monica, Charlie Wilson and more, Authentic sold 14,000 copies in its first week.

At the 65th Annual Grammy Awards earlier this month – where Smith co-narrated the 50th hip-hop anniversary segment – he detailed his upcoming album on the red carpet.

“I know all the tricks. I got this covered,” he said, going on to explain that the record was executive produced by Q-Tip. “I think honestly and sincerely that Q-Tip as a producer is unbelievable and what he did on this record for me, I think is amazing. So the world will decide.”

He added: “The album, I think, is really, really special. I think it’s something it’s modern without chasing. It’s a whole new thing. I can’t wait for the people to see it.”
