Besides the Te Lo Dije EP and “Show Me Love,” his recent collaboration with Alicia Keys, Miguel has been low-key for the past couple of years.
Today, he’s announced a new single “Funeral,” from his upcoming EP of the same name. According to a release, Miguel is taking this new release in a darker direction than his past work. “I’m releasing more music all the way into the new year,” he said in a release.
“Funeral” is the perfect song to get it started. I’ve been exploring darker tones and themes for some time, this song whets the imagination for what’s to come.”
