Kelis is toasting to 20 years of Kaleidoscope with a deluxe reissue of the album.
Announced via press release, a 20th-anniversary edition of the singer’s studio debut is heading to streamers on February 21st with a grip of previously unreleased remixes and edits. And on March 6th, the album will be issued on translucent orange vinyl.
Originally released on December 7th, 1999, Kaleidoscope was entirely-produced by The Neptunes, anchored by the singles “Caught Out There” and “Good Stuff.” It also hosted the first appearance of The Neptunes’ offshoot, N.E.R.D., on the song “Ghetto Children.” Those of you on the other end of the Atlantic can catch her performing the album front-to-back on the European leg of a tour in support of the milestone anniversary. Tickets are on-sale now.
