Over the weekend, Kanye West shocked fans when he tweeted out that he loves the way black conservative pundit Candace Owens thinks.
Kanye took a lot of flack from folks on Twitter. One person who spoke out was Ebro Darden, the host of Ebro in the Morning on Hot 97. Ebro posted a number of critical posts on his Instagram account.
According to Ebro, Kanye West reached out to him and the two had a 30-minute conversation. Ebro spoke about the conversation on Ebro in the Morning on Monday.

Ebro gave a number of details during the segment. The most interesting detail, however, came at the 6:54, in the video below, in which Ebro revealed that Kanye West told him that he loved President Donald Trump.
Here is the exact quote Ebro said:
He said ‘I do love Donald Trump…Kanye West, quote, ‘I love Donald Trump . . . I love Donald Trump.’
This is interesting to see, considering that Kanye took a lot of heat for meeting up with Trump back in 2016. (He would eventually apologize.)

Ebro said Kanye told him he’s feeling “demonized” right now. He also said that “nobody really showed love for me when I was addicted to opioids and in the hospital.”
We’re sure we’ll see a tweetstorm from Kanye about this soon. Until then, watch the Ebro in the Morning segment below.
