Kanye‘s at the center of yet another legal dispute this week. According to TMZ, the adopted parents of Natalie Green, the little girl who can be heard at the open of “Ultralight Beam” on his 2016 album, The Life of Pablo, have filed suit against West for the use of a viral video of her praying.

Andrew and Shirley Green claim that West received permission from Natalie’s biological mother, Alice Johnson, who was not authorized to grant it. Their suit also alleges that Natalie’s biological mother never received a written license for the sample and has yet to be paid. The Greens are now seeking unspecified damages along with a profit share for “Ultralight Beam.”

Kanye’s camp has yet to offer a comment on the suit, but it arrives just a few weeks after he filed claims against EMI, Def Jam, Univeral Music, and Roc-A-Fella, over his recording and publishing contracts.
