Well, rest assured — Scott is fine, living her best life and celebrating her sexuality during her live performances. The reason why Scott is trending is because of a video that recently surfaced showing the artist imitating a sexual act to a microphone. The act becomes more and more elaborate as Scott continues on, resulting in an ending that, well — you just have to watch it.

Following the video's virality a handful of Twitter users seemed surprised by Scott.

But longtime fans of the singer weren't surprised, reminding people that this is the same woman who wrote "Crown Royal" and "Love Rain."

"Lol at y'all Jill Scott newbies. Y'all thought she was incense and sandals huh?" Questlove tweeted.

Jemele Hill also joined in on the discussion.

Scott herself also spoke on the viral video, taking to Twitter to write: "Hi. I sing/act out all kinds of stories. You should cum to my shows. After a Jill Scott show, most people get splendidly laid by whoever they came with...They also usually go on 2happier, more productive, focused, wealthy lives."

Check out more responses below. It's also worth noting that another trending topic dedicated to Scott exists titled "Jilly." Jilly is definitely for the real ones who've known Scott was always about this life.
