Weeks back, the singer and multi-instrumentalist launched his new podcast, Hanging Out With Audiophiles, as a sort of companion script to the burgeoning producer’s studio adventures. Here he details new developments in tech and various tricks to the trade acquired over the last decade-plus of pioneering production work and genre-blurring. As his first guest on the debut episode of the podcast, The Black Keys‘ drummer, Patrick Carney, who delves into his earliest memories of writing and recording music.
