Check Out G Herbo’s New Album ‘PTSD’ Featuring Juice WRLD, Chance the Rapper, and Lil’ Uzi Vert

The project is his fourth studio album.

Over a year since the release of his Southside-produced album Swervo, G Herbo has returned with PTSD. The album features guest appearances from 21 Savage, Lil Uzi Vert, Juice WRLD, and more. View the full tracklist below.

The album’s artwork features an illustration of the Chicago MC holding an altered American flag. In the place of stars representing the 50 states, this flag features 50 of Herbo’s deceased friends. Herbo’s previously spoken about the effects of a violent upbringing on several occasions. On the press run for PTSD, Herbo discussed his diagnosis with the disorder and entering therapy.

As per usual, the tape delves into Herbo’s childhood and past struggles with mental health. On the album’s title track, he explores the topic with a posthumous feature from Juice WRLD. Additionally, the track features Chance the Rapper and Lil Uzi Vert.

In addition to the signature Chicago drill sound, the album also samples a couple of rap classics. The intro samples Jay Z and Just Blaze’s The Dynasty, Roc La Familia 2000 intro. The closing track, “Intuition,” samples Beanie Sigel’s “Feel it in the Air.”
