According to a report in TMZ, Ocean objects to the way his vocals were altered in the final version of the song and now wants his parts legally removed from the album— a process that’s been proven to be easier now that streaming services allow albums to be updated after their initial releases.

Auto-tune appears to be present on the track, and the pitch is also altered, but it is unclear what specific change Ocean objects to.

Ocean reportedly discussed thus with Scott in the weeks leading up to the album’s release, but his requests were ignored. And now, Scott reportedly isn't budging.
