Yasuke is going to be fire.

On Wednesday (November 7th) Netflix announced five new Anime (including a pretty cool Pacific Rim spinoff.) However, the show that is really on our radar is Yasuke. According to Deadline, the show will be about “a retired ronin who must take up his sword when he is charged with the task of transporting a mysterious child who dark forces want to eliminate.”

What’s exciting is the names that are involved. Sorry to Bother You star Lakeith Stanfield will be doing the voice of the protagonist. And Flying Lotus will be composing the music for the show. He will also be serving as Executive Producer.
