Fabolous Indicted on Felony Domestic Violence Charges for Assaulting Emily B

The incident was captured on video.

Fabolous may end up facing time.

A Grand Jury in New Jersey indicted Fabolous on four felony charges related to a videotaped assault of longtime girlfriend and mother of his two children, Emily Bustamante (Emily B).

According to a report in TMZ, the rapper was indicted last week on one count of domestic violence with significant bodily injury, two counts of threatening to kill, and one count of possession of a weapon— a pair of scissors.

The four charges are third-degree crimes in the state of New Jersey. Each charge can result in up to five years in prison.

Fabolous was seen brandishing the scissors in a video TMZ posted back in March. The video shows him raging out at Emily B and a man identified as her father in the driveway of their Englewood, NJ home. During the altercation, he threatened to kill her and other members of her family.

Weeks before this incident, Emily B claimed Fabolous repeatedly punched her in the face, resulting in two of her front teeth being knocked out.

In March, Fabolous’s attorney denied he had committed any crime.
