Eminem Tweets Dr. Dre In Praise of Kendrick Lamar's New Album

On Sunday, Eminem tweeted Dr. Dre, praising fellow Aftermath Entertainment artist Kendrick Lamar on Mr. Morale & the Big Steppers.

New Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductee Eminem is giving his flowers to Kendrick Lamar after hearing his new album Mr. Morale & the Big Steppers. On Sunday night, Em went to Twitter to praise his fellow Aftermath Entertainment label mate via label founder Dr. Dre.

“Yo @DrDre this Kendrick album is f****** ridiculous,” Eminem tweeted. “I’m speechless.”

While Em and Lamar currently have one collaboration together, "Love Game" from Em's 2013 album The Marshall Mathers LP 2, rumors surfaced last year that the two have linked up on a new track with Dr. Dre. In April of last year, producer Fredwreck posted a picture of himself, Em, Dre and Kendrick with the caption "Beats n Rhymes."

Although the song has not yet released, Em and Lamar last performed together during the all-star Super Bowl halftime show in February with Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, Mary J. Blige with special guests Anderson .Paak and 50 Cent.

Released last Friday, Mr. Morale & the Big Steppers is a double-album with appearances from Kodak Black, Baby Keem, Tanna Leone,Taylour Paige, Sampha, Blxst, Summer Walker, Ghostface Killah and more.

Earlier this month, Eminem was inducted into the 2022 class of the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame with fellow recipients Lionel Richie, Dolly Parton, Carly Simon, Beck, Judas Priest and more.

On November 5th, the Rock Hall induction ceremony will be held at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles. The ceremony will also broadcast live on SiriusXM’s Volume channel, airing at a later date on HBO and HBO Max.
