50 Cent Says Donald Trump Offered Him $500,000 to Help Him Get the Black Vote

How much is a 50 Cent endorsement worth to you?

Earlier this week, 50 Cent appeared on Hot 97’s Ebro in The Morning show to promote his new BET series, 50 Central.

While there, 50 talked about a number of things, from JAY-Z’s 4:44 album to who is responsible for “killing” hip-hop. However, buried at the end of the interview, around the 37-minute mark, is a very interesting tidbit.

50 reveals that he was offered half a million to stump for President Donald Trump during the election.

Here’s what he said:

“Before he got elected, they were having issues with the African American vote. They wanted to pay me $500,000 as part of the campaign just to make an appearance.”

50, anticipating the backlash he would have gotten, turned the offer down:

“I was like, ‘Nah, that’s not good money. That’s not worth it.'”

Half a million might not have been enough for 50, but we’re sure YouTube Stars Diamond & Silk, who were paid less than $1,500 to stump for Trump, would have killed for that price.

Watch the entire 50 interview below.
