Next month, Moses Sumney will release a live album called Live From Blacklachia. The first release is this beautiful rendition of “Bystanders.”
India Shawn has released her stellar new EP, “Before We Go.” She also dropped the video for “SUPERFINE” which definitely knocks.
Next week, producer Apollo Brown and rapper Stalley will drop their collaborative album, Blacklight. If the album sounds anything like the lush “We Outside” expect an album of the year candidate.
Smino links with DJ Nos and producers Kal Banx and Wu10 for a new single called “I Deserve.” Don’t sleep on this one.
Snoop Dogg resurrects the posse cut with his new The Algorithm single, “Murder Music.” The track features excellent verses from Jadakiss, Benny the Butcher, and Busta Rhymes.
Boston-rapper Michael Christmas hasn’t dropped much music this year. That changed this week when he returned to the scene with “Paul Wall.” This one is fire.
Baby Tate doesn’t miss. She will be featured on the upcoming soundtrack for the new Halle Berry movie, Bruised. The song is called “Dungarees.”
