Ariana Grande and 2 Chainz Drop the Remix We Deserve for "7 Rings"

Last month, fans and critics speculated over whether the pop star lifted the trap star's flow for the thank u next single.

Ariana Grande and 2 Chainz teamed up for the remix to "7 Rings."

Last month, fans and critics speculated over whether Grande lifted the Atlanta trap star's old flow for her new song, being that the lyrics and cadence sounded similar to 2 Chainz's 2011 track, “Spend It.”

They've made amends and joined forces for the official remix. Grande posted the single cover art on her Instagram account with the caption, "made a new friend."

The original single appears on Grande's forthcoming album, thank u next, slated for release Feb. 8.
