The Dreamville singer returns with her first single of 2018.

Songstress Ari Lennox has returned with “Whipped Cream,” her first single of the year.

The Washington D.C. native, known as the only singer and the only woman signed to J. Cole's Dreamville Records, penned the song produced by Elite.

“Whipped Cream” finds the artist reckoning with a waning relationship as she sings a sweet somber ode to an unrequited love. Bearing elements of the self-described “modern, relaxed, turned up soul... reminiscent of the beautiful music from the ‘70s” that defines her signature sound.
