Now, mash-up specialist, Amerigo Gazaway is imagining a world in which the two pioneers were always joined in artistic harmony. Gazaway, the creator of beloved stream-crossing collections like The Trill Is Gone (UGK meets B.B. King,) Yasiin Gaye (Mos meets Marvin) and Fela Soul (Fela meets De La,) has shared a preview of A Common Wonder, an upcoming project that marries the copious marvels of two pioneering careers in one soulful synthesis.
