Baltimore artist 6LACK revealed he never received any payment while being signed to Flo Rida‘s International Music Group label.
“In the three to four years that I was signed, I never did one paid show, ever,” The 26-year-old told Joe Budden in an upcoming episode of his Pull Up.
“And I did a ton of shows with them. I never got paid for any show,” to which Budden responded, “Oh no, Flo. You gotta square up, my G. You gotta fight this nigga.”
6LACK, continued, “I never got paid, ever. I never saw a check. The only time I saw money was when I was like ‘Yo, can I get something to eat’ from someone at the studio.”

In a 2016 interview, it was revealed that 6LACK had reportedly entering into a shady record deal that kept him trapped for five years in 2011.
