Kendrick Lamar, Cardi B and Childish Gambino are a few nominees who might take home music’s biggest prize at the 60th Grammy Awards.

Singer Andra Day got up early this morning to reveal the nominees for the 60th Grammy Awards’ four main “General Field” categories on CBS This Morning. Day, who is also nominated with Common for “Stand Up For Something,” was excited to share the nominated names behind the “Best New Artist,” “Record Of The Year,” “Song Of The Year,” and “Album Of The Year” categories.

Hosted by James Corden, there are more than 80 different categories spanning all genres of music, including pop, rock, dance, alternative, rap, R&B, country, contemporary, jazz, gospel, and Latin. For the 60th Annual Grammy Awards, the event will be a special occasion, as the ceremony makes its dramatic return to New York City. Taking place at the “World’s Most Famous Arena,” Madison Square Garden, the show will air live January 28 on CBS, marking the first Grammy broadcast in New York City since 2003.
