Will Smith is officially an elder

On Tuesday, September 25, rapper/actor/Instagram star/motivational speaker Will Smith turned 50 years old. It was a celebration online, with fans of Smith wishing the legend a happy 50th.

This included Garcelle Beauvais, who acted alongside Smith in the Fresh Prince of Bel-Air and Wild Wild West. She posted and then deleted an, uh, interesting tweeted dedicated towards Smith:

Will Smith's kids, Trey, Jaden, and Willow Smith, also posted nice, more appropriate messages for their father:

Trey added the hashtag #WillSmiththeJump because, to celebrate his 50th birthday, Smith is going to jump out of a helicopter into the Grand Canyon.

Last week, Smith posted a video on his YouTube about how he jumped from a 355-foot waterfall in Zimbabwe:

That was the first time Smith had ever bungee jumped.

Now he's going to give it another whirl. He will be making the jump live on YouTube at 6 PM EST. Jada Pinkett Smith, Will's longtime wife, celebrated her husband on Instagram.

She also made mention of the fact that Will was about to jump into the Grand Canyon.
