The trailer standouts for one reason: we get our first glimpse at an all-powerful Thanos. If you remember, in Infinity War, Thanos was able to gather all the gems and he snapped and killed off half of the universe. (Spoiler alert.)
In the trailer we also see Iron Man and Captain America reunite (after their memorable battle in Captain America: Civil War.) At one point in the trailer, you see all the living Avengers walking up to confront Thanos.
