Pharrell Will Add Restaurateur To His List As He’ll Open “Swan and Bar Bevy” In Miami
Pharrell does a lot of things in his life, which is good, but now he will open up his first restaurant—Swan and Bar Bevy—in Miami, Florida this fall.
Pharrell will add restaurateur to his growing list of hyphenates. The award-winning producer, musician, and creative is preparing to launch his very first restaurant in partnership with David Grutman sometime this year. Pharrell and Grutman will host their new eatery within a 17,000-square-foot establishment, which will be called Swan and Bar Bevy, and located at 90 N.E. 39th Street in Miami, Florida.
According to the South Florida Business Journal, the 45-year-old entrepreneur has been working on this project for the last two years and will be operated under partner David Grutman’s new Groot Hospitality Group, which oversees food-service establishments like OTL coffee house, the vegan eatery Planta, Komodo, and more.
“[Pharrell] has some great ideas and vision,” Grutman told the publication. “I think it is going to be the most beautiful restaurant in Miami.”
At the time of writing this, there weren’t many details about what Swan and Bar Bevy will offer in terms of menu items. But we should find out soon enough (at least by the summer) as the restaurant is slated to open this fall.
