Netflix has released the latest trailer for the epic Kanye West documentary jeen-yuhs: A Kanye Trilogy.

The legend of Kanye Westhas been over 21 years in the making. Giving fans the chance to “step inside the journey" of the rapper, Netflix will release the epic three part documentary jeen-yuhs: A Kanye Trilogy. For those who want to catch Act I of the trilogy on the big screen, jeen-yuhs will also have a nationwide theatrical release through Iconic Events ahead of the Netflix drop.

On Friday (February 4th) Netflix released the final trailer for the highly anticipated film, which made its debut at the Sundance Film Festival last month.

jeen-yuhs comes from TIME Studios and Creative Control, founded by filmmakers and longtime West collaborators Coodie & Chike. In December, the two filmed a ten-minute discussion about the documentary process for Netflix.

“Filmmakers Coodie and Chike have created an extraordinary film and we’re honored that they have trusted TIME Studios to produce jeen-yuhs: A Kanye Trilogy,” TIME Studios President Ian Orefice said in a recent press release. “We’re excited to partner with Iconic Events Releasing to give the world a chance to first experience the once in a generation storytelling in theaters.”

Act I of jeen-yuhs will focus on West's early years in the industry, with in-studio footage alongside JAY-Z, Pharrell Williams and Rhymefest.

"Through his work as a performer, producer, and entrepreneur, few artists or businessmen have had a greater impact on worldwide popular culture than Kanye West over the last twenty years,” said Iconic Events Releasing CEO Steve Bunnell in a statement.

Last month, Kanye West went to Instagram and demanded final approval of the documentary, writing:

“I’m going to say this kindly for the last time. I must get final edit and approval on this doc before it releases on Netflix... Open the edit room immediately so I can be in charge of my own image. Thank you in advance.”

Coodie & Chike told Rolling Stone that they would not open the edit room to Kanye.

“If Kanye wasn’t as polarizing of a character as he was, we wouldn’t have an interesting doc,” Chike said. “This just comes with the territory. This is Kanye’s personality, so you just embrace it and then it’s going to take us, take us wherever it takes us. … This is the person that we’re dealing with. We all know what we’re dealing with.”

Coodie also added he hopped on a phone call with Kanye to ask if he saw the documentary. According to Coodie, Kanye told him, “I have a process."
