MF DOOM Launches Official Line of Masks, Shirts and Other Merchandise

MF DOOM announced the line on Twitter Tuesday afternoon.

Fresh off the news of his upcoming augmented reality mask auction, MF DOOM has launched a more tangible collectible for his fans. On Tuesday afternoon, he took to Twitter to announce a new line of merchandise.

"He wears the mask just to cover the raw flesh," he wrote, quoting the second verse of "Beef Rapp," the intro from his 2004 album MM...Food, "a rather ugly brother with flows that's gorgeous."

The merchandise includes four different styles of collectible masks, t-shirts, hoodies, and sticker packs. The masks cost $30, and a bundle of all four goes for $100. T-shirts and hoodies go for $35 and $75, respectively.

Fans can also get their hands on compact discs and vinyl copies of the MM...FoodOperation: Doomsday, Madvillainy, Curls & All Caps, and The Mouse and the Mask albums. Find all the merchandise on MF DOOM's official web store. View a few of the available items below.

Nearly a year has passed since the 20th anniversary of Operation: Doomsday. DOOM honored the milestone with a limited release of the album, moving just 2000 copies. Fans have another chance to get their hands on a copy in this restock.

On Monday, DOOM previewed the augmented reality mask projection that he launched with Illust Space. The preview shows a hyper-realistic, larger-than-life projection of the rapper's trademark mask in the middle of the street. Illust calls the collaboration "a tipping point for augmented reality, the NFT market, and the ubiquitous digital layer that is a battleground for big tech." The second drop of masks will be available for bidding on Wednesday, October 28.
