Last year Kendall and Kylie Jenner had announced a t-shirt line featuring images of their faces over iconic rappers such as Tupac and the Notorious B.I.G. The clothing line didn't make it far, with Biggie's mom, Voletta Wallace, speaking out against it, as well as photographer Michael Miller, whose images of Tupac were used for the brand without his approval, suing the siblings.

Now, Miller's lawsuit against the sisters has been dropped. In a report from People Style, both parties requested that the lawsuit be dismissed in a document filed in federal court Wednesday. However, it's unclear whether a financial settlement was reached or not.

The shirts were part of a limited-edition Kendall + Kylie capsule collection that were on sale for $125 a piece. Along with Tupac and Biggie, the collection also included other artists like Ozzy Osbourne and Metallica. But the sisters faced immediate backlash following the announcing of the clothing collection.

In response to the backlash the Jenners issued an apology, as well as removed the t-shirts from their website.

"These designs were not well thought out and we deeply apologize to anyone that has been upset and/or offended, especially to the families of the artists," Kylie wrote. "We will use this as an opportunity to learn from these mistakes and again, we are very sorry."
