Authorities reportedly received a call to Porter’s Toluca Lake home around noon, and the emergency dispatch audio call came in as a patient in cardiac arrest.

Sources told TMZ that she’d been suffering from pneumonia for several weeks. The cause of death is unclear.

Diddy’s rep Cindi Berger released a statement to TMZ saying, “Sadly, I can confirm the passing of Kim Porter. I ask that you give the families privacy at this time.”

Numerous celebrities have expressed their condolences to Porter’s family.

“Yo man….heart goes out to the family,” Questlove tweeted.

“This is so heartbreaking. Lord please give her kids & her whole family strength,” Missy Elliott also tweeted.

Keke Palmer also offered a heartfelt post to Porter on Instagram.

“We would laugh and talk and you would tell me everything I needed to learn, never holding back and always keeping it fun,” Palmer wrote. “I enjoyed our talks and you opening your home to me, your cooking that you promised to teach me and I mourn at the reality that now you never will. You really meant a lot to me, you maybe didn’t know all I was going through but your companionship was very important in my life.”

Porter gave birth to her oldest son Quincy with Al B. Sure in 1991. She’d later have Christian Casey Combs and twins Jessie James Combs and D’Lila Star Combs with Diddy.

Porter was also an accomplished model, appearing on the cover pages of Elle and Marie Claire, as well as being the muse for brands like Tommy Hilfiger and Revlon.
