Drake & 21 Savage’s “Rich Flex” Recap Video Features Appearances From Busta Rhymes, 2 Chainz & More

Drake and 21 Savage have released a grainy, VHS-styled music video for “Rich Flex,” recapping their Her Loss album rollout.

Drake and 21 Savage are in “Rich Flex” mode in their first music video for Her Loss. The visual, which recaps the fun-filled album rollout features cameos from DJ Khaled, Busta Rhymes, Lil Yachty, 2 Chainz, Jim Jones and more while Drizzy and 21 Savage hop from nightclubs coast to coast.

The music video is filmed in a grainy, VHS-style with Drake walking around with a camcorder for the new vlog. Viewers can also get a behind-the-scenes look at Lil Wayne‘s Lil Weezyana music festival in New Orleans, Jack Harlow‘s tour stop in Canada along with a Toronto Raptors game.

The road to Her Loss has been a bumpy one since its release earlier this month. Although the album is the biggest hip-hop sales debut of the year, it followed controversy from artists including Megan Thee Stallion and DRAM who were slighted in lyrics from the album, along with a hefty $4 million lawsuit from Vogue.

The 6 God and 21 Savage released a faux-Vogue issue in late October which included graffiti writings of ‘Her Loss’ spread across pages and photo edits, including a “candid” of Drake and longtime Vogue editor-in-chief Anna Wintour. Before being ordered by the courts to stop promoting the issue, Vogue publisher Condé Nast alleged that the rappers were “misleading consumers to believe that these are genuine and authentic materials.”

The campaign for Her Loss has marched forth despite the Vogue lawsuit, with Drake and 21 Savage “appearing” on The Howard Stern Show, Saturday Night Live, NPR Tiny Desk and ColorsxStudios.
