Desus and Mero Being Honored With Their Own Brolic Timberland Boots

The iconic boot brand is teaming up with Bronx icons Desus and Mero.

In a collaboration that only makes sense, American boot brand Timberland is teaming up with Desus and Mero for two pairs of commemorative boots. The brand formally announced the collaboration on Twitter. Check out the boots' design below.

"Desus and Mero have been long-time fans of the brand and seeing what it has meant to them over the years has been inspiring," said Drieke Leenknegt, vice president of Timberland's global marketing. "Our iconic boots are built to get people outside, play hard and make a positive difference in the world. Desus and Mero embody that same authenticity and we couldn't be more excited for them to interpret their creative vision in a way only they know how and give back to the local Bronx community all at the same time."

Desus' pair is "an intricate take" on the 6-inch premium waterproof model," the brand details in a press release. The pair is black leather with white stitching and tan boot laces, complete with a composition notebook-style pattern in the upper panel.

Mero's 6-inch waterproof field boot takes on the "beef and broccoli" colorway, complete with his personal moniker "East Tremont Stevie B" on the tongue. The brown nubuck field boot features the traditional outsole with a yellow midsole, padded collar and rustproof hardware. The quarter panel features custom graffiti art and the summer squash logo stamp.

"Growing up in the Bronx, we wore Timbs for every occasion," the two said in a statement. "There's a boot for everything--school, graffiti, watching our beloved hometown teams, and of course...the beach. We can't wait to see y'all rocking these in line at the bodega while you invent a sandwich on the spot. This collab is a lifetime in the making. Yerr!"
