The short clip finds comedians Dave Chappelle, Chris Rock, Jerry Seinfeld, and Ellen DeGeneres placed into popular Netflix series.
In the ad, you can see everything from Chappelle and Rock freaking out when Stranger Things‘ Eleven (Millie Bobby Brown) crushes a can of Coke using her mind, to Seinfeld offering advice to House of Cards‘ Francis J. “Frank” Underwood (Kevin Spacey). The ad serves as promo for Netflix’s stand-up comedy specials.
During last night’s 69th Annual Emmys, Chappelle awarded Donald Glover with the Outstanding Directing in a Comedy Series award, which marks the first time a black director has received the award in that category.
“This really belongs to Hiro Murai,” Glover said. “He taught me everything about directing. He had the eye for this show and he’s just amazing. I really want to give this to Hiro and just say ‘I love you and thank you for being my best friend.'”
Chappelle also recently wrapped up his August residency at New York City’s Radio City Music Hall and is getting for a 17-show run in his hometown Washington, D.C., at the Warner Theatre.
