Beatnick Dee & Allen Poe - Composure

L.A. producer Beatnick Dee teams with Kentucky spitter Allen Poe on the Composure EP, out now via Below System Records.

Separated by 1,500 miles, perhaps Allen and Nick shouldn't have meshed so well, but with Dee's experience as a crate digger and sample dealer combined with his technical precision to craft a range of sounds fitting for Poe's honest, every-man approach to songwriting, the EP carries timely messages and storytelling nuanced by America's stormy social climate that packs modern substance and behind classic styles.

Baby Al - BrightHeartedNigga

Baltimore’s own Baby Al is an ambidextrous talent who applies his melodic, everyman flow to a variety of production styles on his latest project entitled BrightHeartedNigga.

I was raised to choose love thru any circumstance. When you come from a place like Baltimore you are bred to fight, survive, and persevere by any means necessary. BrightHeartedNigga is for those with a vibrant heart growing up in place that can sometimes feel overwhelmingly dark/dim. Keep your heart and keep pushing!
