Listen to Freddie Gibbs & Madlib’s Gritty New Song “Flat Tummy Tea”

For weeks now, Freddie Gibbs and Madlib have been dropping hints that Bandana, the sequel to their 2014 classic Piñata, is dropping soon. On Wednesday (February 20th) the two dropped their first song together since Piñata.

The song is called “Flat Tummy Tea,” and it features the lyrically deft MC spitting over two gritty Madlib beats. (Of course Madlib pulled out the beat switch.) Before the song dropped, Gibbs put a fake ad on his Instagram endorsing the product.

Just last week, Gibbs and Madlib confirmed that Banana is done. It’s still unclear when the entire album will drop. Listen to “Flat Tummy Tea” from Freddie Gibbs and Madlib below.
