Rising Brownsville spitter Stro drops Nice To Meet You, Again for Mass Appeal Records. Open Mike Eagle returns with What Happens When I Try To Relax; Serious Klein goes home to Ghana on You Should Have Known. Milwaukee rapper Dyzzi drops Same Clothes As Yesterday, and Dear Silas delivers The Last Cherry Blossom. Illien Rosewell x Ullnevano closes things out for the rappers with Confidence Is Everything 3.

Orion Anakaris drops Show #41 for HJ7 Blends from Brooklyn Radio, DJ’s Junior and Lil’ Dave play the 400th installment of the Eavesdrop Radio podcast, Plann.B and Baby Bubba got the goods for The Expedition Radio Show Ep. 133, LeFtO is back with Studio Brussel #756 and Mr. O spins classics and new tunes live from Paris for Journey With Music #11.

Chicago’s own Open Mike Eagle follows 2017’s Brick Body Kids Still Daydream with What Happens When I Try To Relax. The first fruit from OME’s label AutoReverse, the six-track project is an introspective exploration of society, anxiety and a host of other things related to the human condition.

Stro – Nice To Meet You, Again

Brownsville MC Stro follows the 2017 release of his Grade A Frequencies EP with Nice To Meet You, Again. The eight-track project from Mass Appeal features production from Gambi, Simon Sez, P Soul, Blu Magic and more. Manny Wellz steps up as the lone feature.

Serious Klein – You Should Have Known

Serious Klein gets personal across eight tracks on You Should Have Known. The project about “the battle with losses and the enemy of your inner self, fame, fortune, highs, lows, money, women, faith & God” boasts production from Rascal. Ahmad Mateen makes an appearance on “Junior.”

Dyzzi – Same Clothes As Yesterday

Rising Milwaukee based rapper Dyzzi drops an introspective ode to ’90s hip-hop with the arrival of Same Clothes As Yesterday. The DivSel crew member shares the short project ahead of his forthcoming full-length entitled KidsBackThen. Producers include Juno Adonis, Dustfingaz, Razz, Be Franky and RicandThadeus.

Dear Silas – The Last Cherry Blossom

Mississippi’s own Dear Silas follows his 2016 concept album The Day I Died with The Last Cherry Blossom. The album about “life and renewal” boasts features from Vitamin Cea, Satchmo Phlanagan, Aha Gazelle, Stephanie Luckett and Compozitionz.
